ABC'S Board Pipeline Program

Non-Profit Organization Partners

An organization that is interested in connecting with our Board Pipeline professionals must first complete our Organizational Profile, which overviews the organization’s mission, board demographics, and board needs. This profile helps our professionals and nonprofit partners make the best connections that fit both of their needs.

Once an Organizational Profile is received, the organization will join our nonprofit partner mailing list and be notified of and invited to opportunities to connect with our Board Pipeline professionals, including the Meet & Greet Reception and other opportunities including our Board Pipeline alumni newsletter.

Typically, there is a Meet & Greet Reception inthe Spring and in Autumn. Details about each Meet & Greet Reception will vary. For more information, please contact Bernard Sims at bsims@associatedblackcharities.org

ABC's Spring 2024
Board Pipeline Meet & Greet

Are you looking for new board members to serve your nonprofit? Join us on Wednesday, April 24th at 6pm to meet the ABC Board Pipeline Program’s Spring 2024 cohort!

ABC’s Meet and Greet Reception is a unique opportunity for nonprofit organization representatives to meet Black leaders and leaders of color looking to serve on a nonprofit board. The reception will be an indoor reception, where participants will freely connect with each other. The professionals come from diverse backgrounds with diverse interests, expertise, and skills. Nonprofit representatives will have an opportunity to review the professionals’ professional biographies prior to the event.

Refreshments will be provided. A nominal donation is suggested to help cover ABC’s program costs.
