As a human service provider, Elmcor is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents of all ages through its provision of quality educational, recreational and cultural experiences, drug rehabilitation, vocational exploration and job training, development, and placement. Elmcor operates the following programs: youth employment program; multi-service unit; testing, assessment and placement center; recreation department; progressive adolescent vocational exploration; summer youth employment program; senior citizens; food services; transportation; and office of alcohol and substance abuse services.
