Advocacy

• Organize, in partnership with African American medical professionals and national health research organizations, seminars and conferences to help delineate healthcare issues unique to African Americans.

• Initiate targeted research on African American-centric diseases with the goal of establishing a national health research facility to help find cures and treatment for the diseases.

• Become a fundamental source of information to impact governmental and private policy formulation and medical academic training to induce changed cultural attitudes toward African American healthcare.
